Easy Labels on the web offers the convenience of printing labels using a desktop ink/laser printer or Zebra Browser Print compatible label printer and DYMO Connect compatible label printer .

 
If you'd like to print labels using a desktop printer, you can easily download the generated labels in following sizes as a PDF file. Afterwards, you can simply print the downloaded file using your desktop printer.
or in following sizes using Zebra printer:
  • 0.5" x 2.2" (13 mm x 56 mm) barbell shape
  • 1" (25 mm x 25 mm) square shape
  • 1" x 1.5" (25mm x 38 mm) rectangle shape
  • 1" x 2" (25mm x 51 mm) rectangle shape
  • 0.75" x 2.25" (19 mm x 57 mm) rectangle shape
  • 1.25" x 2.25" (32 mm x 57 mm) rectangle shape
  • 2.25" x 4" (57 mm x 102 mm) rectangle shape

or in following sizes using DYMO printer:

  • 7/8" x 15/16" (22mm x 24mm 30373) rat tail shape
  • 1" (25 mm x 25 mm, 30332) square shape
  • 1" x 1.5" (25mm x 38 mm, 30347) rectangle shape
  • 1" x 2.12" (25 mm x 54 mm, 30336) rectangle shape
  • 1.25" x 2.25" (32 mm x 57 mm, 30334) rectangle shape
  • 2.25" x 4" (57 mm x 102 mm, 30857) rectangle shape

 

Desktop Printer
 

To print label with a desktop printer, kindly navigate the Settings page and  select "Desktop Printer" from the printer model options.

 

 
 

 
Then click on "Print Labels" button on the main page.
 

 
Within the printer label dialog, you have the flexibility to print labels for either the items displayed on the screen or opt for items categorized by specific criteria such as Category and/or Updated date.
 
 
Simply Click the "Download" button to export labels as a PDF file, which you can then print on Avery label sheets using either an Inkjet or Laser printer. When prints the label, please make sure the Paper size is set to Letter and Scale is set to "Default or Actual Size".
 
 

Zebra Browser Print compatible Printer

 

Your Zebra printer must be connected to your computer by USB cord or via Network. 

 
Browser Print supports the following Zebra printers:
  • QLn series
  • ZT200™ series
  • ZT400™ series
  • ZT510
  • ZT600 Series
  • ZD500™ series
  • ZD400™ series
  • LP2824+
  • GK420
  • GX420
We recommend you to use ZD411 or LP2824+ label printer, they are certificated by us.

The application supports the following operating systems and browsers:

  • Windows 7, Windows 10 and Mac OSX
  • Internet Explorer v11 or later, Chrome v51 or later, or Safari

It requires a native application to work.

  1. Download and install a native application here on your computer.
  2. Applications are available and supported on the following platforms:
    • Windows 7 or later
    • MacOS Yosemite or later
After Zebra Browser Print software is installed on your computer, you will be prompted with this dialog below when you try to print label, please make sure to select "Yes":

DYMO Connect compatible Printer

Your DYMO label printer must be DYMO Connect compatible and connected to your computer by USB cord or via Network.

DYMO Connect supports the following DYMO printers:

  • LabelWriter 550 series
  • LabelWriter 450 series
  • LabelWriter 5XL
  • LabelWriter 4XL
  • LabelWriter Wireless
  • LabelManager current series

It requires DYMO Connect for Desktop software to work. Download and install the software from link below:

After DYMO Connect for Desktop software is installed on your computer, you can ready to print label on DYMO printer from Easy Labels app.
